1. Curd Cake
For the curd cake, you will need: 2 cups flour, 150 g margarine, 1/3 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon soda, 1 tablespoon lemon or orange juice.
For the filling: 250 g of cottage cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, 2 eggs, a pinch of vanillin. On a cutting table with a knife, “cut” margarine, gradually pouring flour, sugar, and soda, add fruit juice, knead everything well.
Get a dough with a sandy “hint.” Put the dough in a dry form and lightly crush. Beat cottage cheese with a mixer with eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Spread the filling evenly on the dough. Bake for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
2. Cherry Pie
It will take 2-3 cups of flour, 200 g of margarine, 0.5 cups of sugar. You can have more than anyone who likes the best. Take a pinch of salt, grated zest of 1 lemon, 4 eggs, 100 g of starch, a couple of pinch of baking powder or at the tip of a baking soda knife. Take 4 tablespoons of any sour cream (by fat content), 0.5 kg of thawed seedless cherries.
Cooking Cherry Pie
Grind margarine with sugar. Add salt, lemon zest and eggs, beat with a mixer. Add flour, baking powder, starch, and at the end – sour cream. You get a consistency of thick sour cream. Lay the baking dish with parchment paper or grease with margarine.
You can sprinkle with breadcrumbs. An excellent method against sticking pies to the bottom of the form. Layout the dough evenly. Spread the cherries on top bake at a temperature of about 200 degrees, 50 minutes. A bright, colorful, purple-cherry pie is ready.
3. Pie with Rice and Eggs
For its preparation, you will need 3 eggs, 2-3 cups of flour, a tablespoon with a hill. A starch, a glass of kefir, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 1/2 teaspoon of soda, a little salt.
For the filling 100 g of rice, 1 large onion. The filling will be juicier, 3-4 eggs, salt to taste well, and other spices that you prefer. We prepare the dough by mixing all the ingredients. It should be as thick as sour cream, very thick sour cream. Finely chop the onion and fry.
Boil rice, mix with grated eggs and fried onions, salt lightly. Salt it lightly so little use of salt. Pour half the dough into a mold, then evenly spread the filling of eggs and rice. Fill the second half of the dough. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
4. Meat Pie
We will need 200 g of mayonnaise, 250 g of sour cream, 3 eggs, 4-5 cups of flour. 1 teaspoon of baking powder (or half a teaspoon of soda), salt. For the filling: 300-400 g of meat (beef, chicken, turkey – whatever!). 3-4 medium potato tubers, 1 rather big onion, salt to taste, black pepper.
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, eggs. Add baking powder, flour, salt to this mixture. Knead the dough. Set the dough aside, let all the ingredients disperse. In the meantime, we’ll be preparing the toppings for our meat pie. Skip raw meat through a meat grinder – cook minced meat.
Finely Chop the Onions and potatoes
Mix everything, add salt and pepper. In a greased baking dish, roll out and put the bottom layer of dough, on top – meat filling. Cover with the second half rolled dough. Bake in the oven for 60-70 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. If the cake starts to burn on top, you can cover it with thwart. Well, if from below – substitute a non-combustible container in water under the sheet.
